The fabrication
plant features multiple machines for each step of the process to avoid
delays in completing customers' orders, unlike competitors relying on
one machine at a time. Your order is quickly completed, with the highest
quality!
The selected slab
is brought into the Anaheim Stone Works fabrication facility, and placed
on a rotating support, ready for cutting.
High-speed
water-cooled saws cut the stone slab in
the most efficient way possible, to maximize the use of each slab.
The latest computer-controlled equipment is programmed to precisely and
consistently polish the cut pieces prior to final assembly.
Robotic buffing and polishing machines create the final high gloss
surface, enhancing the stones natural beauty and shine.
